We’re eco-conscious in all we do, and provide loads of extras like yard games, an outdoor pool and sauna, a grilling area for DIY meals, a free on-site ski/snowmobile tune-up shop, and complimentary cruiser bikes. Plus with discount packages available for attractions like The Wild Center, Trailhead makes staying together as a group fun and affordable for everyone.

For the Business Travelers

Are you coming from the city to host an offsite retreat for your corporate team? Are you a local business searching for seasonal lodging for your employees and their families? Trailhead’s many amenities and close proximity to the Tupper Lake business district make us the perfect option for all kinds of business travelers.

Your group will enjoy our pool, outdoor sauna, and complimentary ski & snowboard tune-up services, as well as tech-forward amenities and plenty of things to do in the area. Whole Property

Trailhead by Weekender has 36 non-smoking guest rooms. We also offer two ADA-accessible rooms, though we do not have pet-friendly spaces at this time. Our property includes many common amenities including an outdoor pool and sauna, grilling area, yard games (horseshoes, cornhole, croquet, and basketball), and ski/snowmobile tune-up shop for guests’ pleasure. Guests can enjoy ample seating around the property and a grab-and-go breakfast each morning before heading out for their adventures. To reserve the entire property, please contact us directly.

Lodging for Events & Groups

We can hold blocks of rooms with a deposit equal to one night’s stay for each room. Other terms and conditions are available upon request, such as our refund policy and other relevant policies.

When rooms are being held as a block for a group, guests will need to call in to make reservations, as blocking the rooms makes them unavailable online. When you set aside a block of rooms we can work with you if you wish for specific rooms to be held for specific people, or to simply release them to anyone who calls in from your group. If guests are to pay for their stay on their own they will need to call us with a valid credit card prior to the 90-day cancellation date in order to transfer charges.

We require a minimum of 2-night stays for Friday & Saturday night stays from May 1 - October 31 and holidays.

We are happy to work with you to make sure guests receive welcome gifts, directions, or anything else you may want us to distribute, including third-party shuttle services for any part of your event that is not on location.
